Exclusion Zone Unleashes Intense First-Person Combat and Customization Features!

The Farm 51 has dedicated over three years to developing Chernobylite 2: Exclusion Zone. Recently, the team celebrated a notable achievement as their Kickstarter campaign surpassed 200% of its initial funding goal. This success included the unlocking of six stretch goals, allowing for expanded project features that surpass the original design. Additional content will offer more locations for exploration, while also introducing a customizable interface, enhancing the gameplay experience.

The Kickstarter initiative remains open for late pledges, encouraging ongoing support from the gaming community. This feature enables those who missed the initial campaign to secure rewards.

One of the major highlights is the announcement of the game’s Early Access launch, set for March 6 on Steam. During this phase, players will gain access to about one-third of the complete content, providing crucial feedback that will influence the ongoing development.

Chernobylite 2 is structured as a post-apocalyptic action RPG that offers a realistic open world. Players can engage in free exploration, challenging combat, base management, and a unique non-linear narrative.

Character customization serves as a central component of the game, giving players the freedom to shape their protagonist’s skills and personality. Whether a player chooses to excel in combat, dialogue, or charm, the decisions will directly impact gameplay.

Combat mechanisms are flexible as well, allowing users to utilize a complex melee system or a wide range of firearms against adversaries.

Base building also plays a significant role in Chernobylite 2. Players can construct their bases, create essential items, and enhance weaponry while assigning team members specific tasks to manage resources during absences.

Players can enjoy the game in a variety of ways, whether solo or through cooperative online missions.

Chernobylite 2: Exclusion Zone will enter Early Access on PC on March 6, with plans to launch on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S shortly after. Additional details can be found by exploring resources like the official Steam page and developer interviews.
