The Photos app is set to receive new dynamic lighting controls that allow users to manipulate three light sources, improving photo editing capabilities. Additionally, the Snipping Tool will be updated to refine cropping areas for better accuracy and speed up the process of capturing high-quality images. It will also include a text extractor for capturing text from images and a color picker to identify color values directly from the screen.

File Explorer will also benefit from AI integration, enabling users to perform specific actions directly on files by right-clicking. Users will be able to summarize content or edit images, enhancing the overall workflow.

In a significant update, the Copilot feature will evolve to include Copilot Vision.
