Dawn of War II Beta Worldwide Release
As of January 27th, Relic’s Warhammer 40K Dawn of War II multiplayer beta is available for the public to download.
The beta will feature five multiplayer maps, and all four of the game’s races (Space Marines, Orks, Eldar, and the new Tyranids).
You can find the download through Games for Windows – LIVE marketplace and through Steam.
The scheduled release date for Warhammer 40k DoW2 is February 19, 2009 where it will be available through retail and online. (This is a Windows PC only game.)
Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War II is a real-time strategy (RTS) game set in the Warhammer 40k science fiction universe with features such as cooperative multi-player mode and non-linear single player campaigns as well as a next generation RTS engine (Essence Engine 2.0) promising to deliver cinematic visuals, detailed graphics and special effects.
