No lies. Unlike the infamous Halo editions, the Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 Prestige edition is to be very limited. According to Infinity Ward manager Robert Bowling they’ve already been asked by retailers to up production of this Prestige Edition, a request that was promptly denied.

There will only be one run for the Prestige Edition and according to Bowling it is meant for hardcore fans and early adopters. The limited packs will be individually numbered.

Featuring working night vision goggles instead of a normal trinket and special case, the Prestige Edition will retail for $150.
