According to a Twitter post from Sony Santa Monica’s director of technology Christer Ericson, God of War III will not come with an install option. God of War III has been developed to stream off of the system’s cache.The series has boasted basically no load times in the past.

This news comes to a relief to those rocking old model PS3’s with lesser hard drive space. God of War III will still take up 5MB for save files though.

God of War III is a Playstation 3 exclusive that will be available March 16, 2010 with an Ultimate Edition available for $100.
