Top Cow Production panelists at the 2009 Comic Con have announced that a sequel to “The Darkness” is in development. This 2007 game is based on the comic book of the same title. The sequel will not be developed by Starbreeze

In the original first person shooter takes place in New York City featuring protagnist Jackie Estacado, who turns 21 and finds himself possessed with “the Darkness”. He also finds himself the target of a hit by the mafia.

“The Darkness” is part of the Greatest Hits line-up for Xbox and PS3 and is available for $29.99.
