Namco Bandai announced Super Saiyan 3 Vegeta as an exclusive character for the upcoming game Dragon Ball: Raging Blast. Earlier in the year a Super Saiyan Broly was announced as another exclusive character.

Those who are familiar with the Dragon Ball universe are well aware of the fact that Vegeta was never able to achieve Super Saiyan Level 3 in the television show, manga, any of the movies, or any of the other video games.

Saiyans are a race in the Dragon Ball universe that are immensely powerful. Once reaching certain power level the most powerful Saiyans can achieve Super Saiyan levels in which their hair turns gold, their eyes turn teal, muscles grow and they grow even MORE powerful. There are 4 total levels of Super Saiyan throughout the series and only the character Goku has achieved all of them. Vegeta, the Prince of Saiyans, only obtained 1 and 2, and only achieved LVL 4 in Dragon Ball GT, by cheating.

Dragon Ball: Raging Blast will be available for PS3 and Xbox 360 on November 10th.
