Cryptic Studios is opening up Champions Online and letting everyone play for free starting Friday October 30th, and ending Monday November 2nd.

The free to play weekend comes while Champions Online is celebrating Halloween with a “Blood Moon Halloween Event” which features an invasion of zombies (surprised?) and the new Celestial power set. Blood Moon will be ready for existing Champions Online players on October 27th.

Champions Online is a heroic MMORPG from Cryptic Studios which allows users total customization to billions of character options to face real-time action combat.
